Gallery Art: ArtView's exclusive image storage boxes and digital darkrooms

Why do we design Gallery Art?

The ArtView is a camera that emphasizes rhythm.

It doesn't prioritize performance or have high resolution, but the wait after taking a picture becomes a kind of fun.

For us, the experience of taking photos should not stop at the moment of pressing the shutter.

What really matters is what happens after filming:

How do you look back at these photos, organize them, and remember them?

So we designed Gallery Art.

Turn your phone into your own film storage box and digital darkroom .

What is Gallery Art?

This is not your average photo album app; it's a photo space designed specifically for ArtView users.

Match the rhythm of taking photos with your tidying habits.

At Gallery Art, you can:

  • Browse photos by "film roll".

  • Each roll was named , just like the labels that used to be written on film boxes.

  • Select multiple photos to back up or download , instead of saving them one by one.

  • Adjust your photos with simple editing features , just like you would in a darkroom, adjusting the density, grain, and color style.

  1. Develop the film inside the camera.

  2. Rename the washed film.

  3. Browse photos

Digital darkroom: No professional equipment needed, just a few taps on your phone.

Gallery Art's color grading interface is simple and intuitive. You can freely adjust the brightness, color temperature, and saturation , and also apply different film style filters.

It won't give you beautiful skin or automatically correct your white balance, but it will preserve the state of light and shadow and the sense of atmosphere at that moment—like that blurry yet vivid memory photo.

Each roll of paper in your phone is like your own photo album.

Each time you shoot, ArtView creates a new roll of film. You can name it yourself:

- "The light on the day of our walk" - "The photo she didn't look at on her birthday" - "The perfect café"

Gallery Art is a place where memories can rest quietly, unlike social media where you're in a rush to share. Instead, it's up to you to decide how many times you want to look at a photo.

A place to wash away memories by hand

At ArtView, we believe that every photograph deserves to be taken and crafted.

The moment you snap a photo is just the beginning; the real creation begins here.

"Digital Darkroom" is the space where you organize and color grade photos in Gallery Art.

Just like traditional film developing and fixing under red light, you can also fine-tune the color tone, brightness, and contrast here to find the true essence of the photo.

This isn't about applying a filter; it's about letting yourself wash out the colors of your memories.

🛠️ You can find it here:

  • 🌈 Manually fine-tune your photo style to create your own "film-like" look.

  • 🕰 Add dates and subtitles to each roll of photos.

  • 🗂 Keep the developed photos like you would organize a roll of negatives.

Because memories are worth washing away carefully.

At ArtView, we bring digital photography back to the process of "waiting, choosing, and completing".

It's not about taking more photos, but about taking photos with more feeling.

Your roll of film is now waiting for you to enter the darkroom.

Summary

ArtView's photo-taking pace is slow, and Gallery Art continues this slow pace.

This allows photos to be properly organized and preserved.

This is not just an image management tool, but an extension of your daily quiet viewing and slow recording.

📲 The Gallery Art App is now compatible with ArtView100 II.
