Return and Exchange Policy
📦 ArtView100 Return and Exchange Policy
According to the Consumer Protection Act, there is a seven-day inspection period starting from the day after the goods are signed for. During this period, no return shipping costs will be charged. Those wishing to return the goods must submit their requests within seven days; requests submitted after this period will not be accepted. Please note that the inspection period is not a trial period. Returned goods must be in brand new condition and with complete packaging (including the product itself, accessories, gifts, warranty certificate, original packaging, and all accompanying documents or materials). If there is any loss, damage, or missing parts, a refurbishment fee will be charged according to the extent of the damage, and the return rights may be affected depending on the circumstances.
For any questions, please contact customer service at service.fanggu@gmail.com, along with the following four pieces of proof of purchase from the original orderer (order number, orderer's name, phone number, and e-invoice). For product defects, shipping defects, and non-human-caused damage, please report within 7 days (including holidays) from the day after receiving the goods for a free replacement.
Definition of defects in new products:
A. The packaging contents and product parts are missing or incomplete.
B. The packaging has severe deformation or defects, or the finished product is damaged.
C. The paint on the original product is severely damaged or missing.✅ Situations where we will handle the following:
1. If the received goods are missing parts or defective, please provide photos and a description within 7 days (inclusive) of receiving the goods. We will assist with replacement parts, exchanges, or provide repair suggestions.
2. Obvious damage during transportation (not due to assembly failure)
• Please take photos as evidence and keep the outer box and contents. • Once confirmed, we will resend the damaged items as soon as possible.⸻
❌ Returns and exchanges are not accepted in the following situations:
• The product has been used or assembled by the seller and is not defective or missing parts. • Damage caused by improper personal operation. • Returns or exchanges requested due to personal preference discrepancies (e.g., different from the expected camera experience). • Failure to contact the seller within 7 days without valid evidence. • Purchases made through channels other than official channels (e.g., ordering through the app).⸻
